NAME

cmtag - tag a module with symbolic name

SYNOPSIS

cmtag tagname [module] [cm-repository]

DESCRIPTION

cmtag is used to tag a module with a symbolic name. It is most useful for associating a module with a particular software release. Retrieval of a symbolically named module is accomplished by using the -t tagname option to the cmcopy command.
