There is at present one exception to this overall copyright:
geomdist.c and geomdist.h in the MapServ library are from Dave Eberly's
MAGIC library at UNC.  His permission notice adds a singular
restriction beyond the above: you can't sell his work in source form.
Instead it must be distributed separately at no cost.  Any third party
selling vhclmaps in source form should be aware of this restriction.
