vhclserv is a vehicle simulation server. It allows remote programs to create vehicles and start them moving, or wait for driving commands to arrive from another remote program. A list of registered viewers is kept for each vehicle, and updates sent out with each change in state. Here is a downloadable demo of vhclserv with 2D and 3D map viewers.
